Shipping & Handling

We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they have been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

How can I track my package?

Go to https://www.furymix.com/apps/trackorder. Enter required information to see status of your package.

The moment your order is out for shipping, we will send you an email confirmation with the relevant tracking details. Use the tracking details to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive our email confirmation, make sure to check your spam folder.

My package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, what should I do?

We are always happy to assist. Contact us through support@furymix.com and we can follow up with your issue in due course.

Note:

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Shipping to P.O Boxes is currently unavailable.
